“The Blackout” is a 23-minute-long video album that showcases the combined efforts of DJ Wardove and Assistive AI technologies. The album features a collection of instrumentals and artwork, which were created using both high fidelity and low fidelity production techniques. Throughout the production process, DJ Wardove worked closely with artificial intelligence to guide each aspect of the project, ensuring that his creative vision was realized. This involved curating loops on his Microsoft Windows 11 workstation, editing pictures using his Samsung Galaxy Note 10, and writing original sequences to seamlessly transition the AI’s suggestions into reality and give them soul.
